About this villa
This villa was constructed in 2019 and it is finished to very high standards. Villa Chossie is a semi-detached modern villa strategically located between Żejtun and Marsascala thus enjoying the pristine countryside and the proximity to St. Thomas Bay and St. Peter’s Pool.
This villa is located next to four other villas forming part of a cluster of traditional Maltese farmhouses. The villa boasts a large kitchen dining area, an open plan living room with a billiard table, five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a large pool with outdoor area, BBQ and sun loungers. The pool overlooks the countryside thus enjoying the Maltese spectacular sunsets by the pool. It also has a large open front area where guests can park up to four cars.
All rooms and living area are air-conditioned (By pay per use coin machine with €10 daily given free) and free Wi-Fi accessible from all rooms.
The photos of this villa already portray the feeling of a Mediterranean Maltese farmhouse but nothing beats the real experience that one enjoys when spending a few days in this villa.
